spot leftThis class is designed for students who are comfortable with inverting, freestyle and choreography. Each class will help enhance the students existing skills through cleaning lines, expanding range of motion, strengthening grip points and finding creative variations.
Lots of focus will be put on each individual’s growth within their pole journey.
