Megan Jones

Megan is a teacher, guide, and playful alchemist of movement who believes that the body is a sacred doorway into strength, freedom, and joy. With a foundation in Power Yoga and a passion that extends into Barre, Aerial Yoga, Somatics, and Pole, she weaves together practices that honor both discipline and delight. Her teaching is grounded in anatomy and alignment, but it always carries a spark of wonder—a reminder that movement is not just exercise, but a ritual of becoming. Her work is infused with playfulness, presence, and the belief that every body has its own unique magic waiting to be revealed. More than shapes or poses, Megan teaches the art of listening—to the body, to the breath, and to the deeper voice that rises when we move with intention.

Off the mat (and sometimes still upside down), Megan continues to explore her own edges—dancing, inverting, and seeking the balance between strength and surrender. She carries into every class the reminder that movement is a journey, and that joy is found not in perfection, but in the practice itself.
