spots leftLevel Up is a class designed for Pre-existing and returning pole students who have a grasp of pole foundations and want to fine tune them. In this class we'll be taking those foundations and leveling them up by introducing: fluidity in movements, choreography, higher level moves, floor work, conditioning and more! Are you ready???
Each class subject will be announced each week via Facebook, Instagram and email!
***Prerequisite: Must have completed 90% of a Level 1 Series or 5 Level 1 Drop ins****
RECOMMENDED FOR CLASS:
- Knee Pads
* ALTERNATIVE: Leg warmers that can be folded over the knees
- Ankle or shin length socks
- Water bottle
This is an Experimental Drop in Class that maybe turned into a series in the future. Stay Tuned!
