This pole class will progressively condition and familiarize you with complex foundational pole shapes. Whether you are just starting to invert or you love being upside down this class will help you prepare for your next challenge.
Since this is a multi level class the skills section of instruction is approached in a workshop style in order for each student to have individualized ques and time to practice.
